Dear Friend,

We are inspired as we step into a new year of growth and increased programming thanks to your continued support and trust in the important work of Kismet.

Through our three components of rock climbing, a positive family-like environment, and a four-year commitment to each student, Kismet proves to be a transformative experience.

In the year ahead we will increase our summer programs and continue to expand our school-year community offerings to support our students' journey year-round. We are thrilled to be returning to 8 weeks of programming next summer, welcoming up to sixty-nine students from our nine partner schools.

This fall we have had an active school-year program hosting three outings in our student communities, visiting Jockey Cap in Fryeburg, ME, Mount Forist in Berlin, NH, and EVO Rock Gym in Portland, ME. Soon we will head to Manchester, NH, and Boston, MA, continuing to engage our students in their own “backyard”, introducing them to Kismet peers and encouraging engagement with community resources for further opportunities.

At Kismet, we create a space that fosters deep empathy, collaborative problem-solving, and a collective courage that lends itself to empowerment and joy for all involved. With your support, we will continue to provide this amazing and life-changing platform for growth.
