ITEM DESCRIPTION: Lovely cottage on the coast of Maine. Located in the town of Brooklin, home to wooden boat enthusiasts and the Wooden Boat magazine. One hour to Acadia National Park. Kayaking, adventures on the water, hiking abound. Water access available at nearby town landings. The cottage features breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay from an expansive deck.

Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Sleeps eleven in five bedrooms, three full baths. Fireplace and wood stove. Fully provided including housekeeping.

Auction is for a five day stay in June, first two weeks of July or September, pending arrangement of owners.
